Aurelia Stouls is an alchemist. She grew up in the Left Bank of Paris and was raised by a family that gave her a taste of aesthetic and an understanding of the beautiful and the casual. She designed shoes for a variety of companies, for fifteen years, before moving on to open STOULS in 2004. She began by designing a capsule collection of t-shirts similar to Petit Bateau only in leather. The machine washable leather, with comfortable stretch that is as obvious as jeans yet as simple as a t-shirt AND soft as cashmere has only grown from there.
Forthright sensuality, with the leather immersed anatomically, this smooth-like velvet forms to the natural curves of the body, which perceives 'the garment as movement' working and stretching until unsuspected qualities of comfort are revealed. Every season, STOULS produces fifteen colors in addition to the every so classic and timeless black.
