All weekday online sales are shipped within 24 hours of being ordered. Shipping is charged at a rate of $16.50 for the first item and $5 for each additional item for all domestic orders. For orders to Canada, shipping is charged at a rate of $25 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. For all other international orders, shipping is charged at a rate of $40 for the first item and $5 for each additional item.

Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns on merchandise for either a full refund or exchange/store credit that are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. In order to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of
receiving your shipment and we will send you an RA #. All final sale merchandise is non-refundable and not eligible for return. Returns that are soiled, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at her/his expense.
Shoes: All shoes must be worn/tried on on a carpeted, soft surface so as to not scuff or alter the original appearance of the shoes, until you are certain of keeping them. Please return shoes in their original undamaged packaging/box (including dust bag if applicable). Shoes returned to us without original, undamaged packaging/box (dust bags) and or marked soles may no be applicable for return of any kind and may be sent back to the customer at her/his expense.
Underwear/Swimwear: Any purchased underwear/swimwear should be tried on with hygienic strip until you are certain you are keeping them. If there is no hygienic strip present because the garment does not come with one, please try the underwear/swimwear on over underwear until you are sure you are keeping the item. Underwear/swimwear returned to us soiled or altered in anyway may not be accepted for a return of any kind and may be sent back to the customer at her/his expense.
Exchanges: Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same style that has been purchased and is being exchanged. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style/item we suggest you conduct your return for store credit and then use the credit to purchase the new item/style separately.
Refunds: Once we have received your return and it is in acceptable condition, 11thmoon.com will process your refund immediately. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser's card. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and or to appear on your credit card. If you have any questions or concerns about your pending refund please do not hesitate to contact us.
Important: We require that ALL returns are mailed back to us within 7 days of receiving your RA#. All returned merchandise should have an RA# clearly labeled on box when returned to 11thmoon.com. Without this, we are unable to accept any returns. Returns sent to us outside of the 7 day time frame may not be accepted or may only be applicable for refund/store credit. The outcome of late returns is to be determined by 11thmoon.com
Sale Price Adjustment Policy: 11th Moon is happy to offer a sale price adjustment on merchandise purchased up to 7 days prior to the start date of a sale or promotion. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved sale price adjustments will be applied in the form of a store credit, which will be valid for 12 months from the date the credit is issued. Please note that we will not be able to provide price adjustments on items originally purchased in a sale or any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
